When testing new replens we often times forgot about them.
Now that we have the replen dashboard software, making a shopping list takes less than an hour. We are able to quickly export the info we need into a spreadsheet, sort by stores and send the lists to our shoppers.
One of our favorite parts of the dashboard is that we are able to see if a replen has dropped in price. Being able to compare our buy cost to what we sold it for vs the current lowest price offer vs the current buybox price. This valuable comparison has saved us when a replen tanks. We move that replen to a separate spreadsheet and refer back to it in a month or 2 to re-evaluate. More times than not, it will recover in price and we will bring it back to our active replens list.
